Kaliningrad — Overview

In 2009 I’ve visited the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad, former east Prussia, in commemoration of the fall of the Berlin wall 1989. How do the people of this small patch of land fair, stuck between the European Union countries Lithuania and Poland, and detached from their homeland.
